Thank you for choosing FORMS APP. These Terms of Service are essential for using our app. We kindly request that you read them carefully before proceeding.
By using FORMS APP, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our app. If you are using our products on behalf of an organization, such as your employer, you are confirming that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and these Terms will apply to the organization. In this case, references to "you" and "your" will apply to the organization.
Auto-Renewing Subscriptions:
● Subscribed users enjoy unlimited access to the app's translation services, including speech-to-text recognition, translation, and text-to-speech features.
● Unsubscribed users have limited daily access to these services.
● Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account upon confirmation of purchase.
● Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
● Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the renewal cost will be identified.
● Subscriptions can be managed by the user, and auto-renewal can be turned off by accessing the user's Account Settings after purchase.
● If applicable, any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication.
General Prohibitions
As a user of FORMS APP, you agree not to engage in, or attempt to engage in, any of the following activities:
- Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of FORMS APP's systems or networks, or attempting to breach any security or authentication measures.
- Accessing, tampering with, or using non-public areas of FORMS APP, including its computer systems or the technical delivery systems of FORMS APP's providers.
- Deciphering, decompiling, disassembling, or reverse engineering any of the software used to provide FORMS APP.
- Interfering with, or attempting to interfere with, the access of any user, host, or network, such as by sending viruses, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing FORMS APP.
- Accessing or searching FORMS APP or downloading any intellectual property from FORMS APP using any unauthorized means, including engines, software, tools, agents, devices, or mechanisms not publicly supported by FORMS APP.
- Planting malware or using FORMS APP to distribute malware.
- Sending unsolicited communications, promotions, advertisements, or spam.
- Sending altered, deceptive, or false source-identifying information, including engaging in spoofing or phishing activities.
- Posting or transmitting fraudulent, misleading, or infringing content that violates the rights of others.
- Impersonating or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Violating the privacy of others.
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
- Encouraging or enabling any other individual to engage in any of the aforementioned activities.
While we are not obligated to monitor your access to FORMS APP or review or edit your content, we reserve the right to do so in order to operate FORMS APP, ensure compliance with these Terms, or fulfill legal requirements. We may remove or disable access to any of your content at any time and without notice if we, at our sole discretion, deem it objectionable or in violation of these Terms. We also have the right to investigate violations of these Terms or conduct that affects FORMS APP and may cooperate with law enforcement authorities to prosecute users who violate the law.
DMCA/Copyright Policy
We have a strong commitment to respecting copyright law, and we expect all users of FORMS APP to do the same. If we determine that an account has repeatedly infringed or is believed to be repeatedly infringing the rights of copyright holders, we may terminate that account in accordance with our policy.

FORMS APP acknowledges that it is not responsible for any inaccuracies, errors, or content provided by third parties. The service does not provide warranties or guarantees. FORMS APP shall not be held liable for any damages, whether direct or indirect, consequential, or incidental, arising from the use of the service or its contents.
